First SERENA screening!

The director, Kevin James Barry, and his assistant, Evalena Marie, were both thrilled with the wonderful turn-out for the first pre-screening on April 3rd! Surrounded by family and friends as well as fans of their first feature film, Kevin and Evalena celebrated an evening of sharing their film for the first time.

last Serena role has been cast!

Lenny Lashley, the lead singer from the Boston-based punk rock band Darkbuster, has officially joined the cast of Serena and the RATTS, filling the last remaining role in the film. Lenny's role is a special cameo, and the film's director Kevin James Barry is thrilled to feature an artist that has been such an inspiration to him and his work.

first test screening

The first test screening of Serena and the RATTS will be held in Boston on April 3rd, '10!

Serena will be submitting to its first film festival in March '10!
